2025 Manager Information and Forms

Thank you for volunteering to be the Manager for your team this season.

Your time and commitment is appreciated by more than you know. We do things like this to benefit our children and others, so thank you for your contribution to our association and to your players. Thanks to your efforts it is going to be a great season of lacrosse!

2024 GELC Coaches and Managers Handbook

All managers and treasurers require a Criminal Records Check, which is valid for 3 years. Please take a printed copy of this form to our local RCMP and the fee with be waived. Then upload your CRC to your staff registration along with any other certifications. Screenshots of any of the documents is not appropriate and will not be accepted by the RCMP. If you will have direct contact with athletes, such as on the bench or in the dressing rooms, then you will require a Vulnerable Sector Check, VSC.

Requirements:

Printed copy of our Criminal Records/Vulnerable Sector Check request form
2 pieces of government issued ID (including at least one with a photo). Examples include: drivers license, passport, Alberta Health card, birth certificate

Secure these confidential documents signed by coaches, parents and players throughout the season. You may be required to provide these documents to the Beaumont Raiders Lacrosse Association board of directors. Please shred these documents at the end of the season if you have not been asked by the board to retain them.

RAMP Registration: You are required to register in our RAMP registration as a STAFF and then select the role of TREASURER. Please ensure you or your manager contacts the team's division director to advise them that you are a team treasurer. This allows us to assign you to your team in RAMP registrations once you complete your registration. Though this is similar to when you register your athlete, it is important that you select the following:

My Account Members (from the menu to the left)
- Select Add an Account Member to include your OWN personal information (not your athletes)
Select Dashboard (from the menu on the left)
- This will take you back to the menu where you can choose COACH OR STAFF REGISTRATION
COACH OR STAFF REGISTRATION
- Select your role from this list (Treasurer on this list is the Team Treasurer)
Complete the required fields to enter your registration.
Upload your CRC directly onto your registration
