Refund Policy


The process of evaluations and team setting incurs significant volunteering efforts and substantial operating costs.  In the event that withdrawal from a program is necessary, the following course of actions will apply: 

An administration fee of $25 may be applied.

NO REFUND will be provided to any player withdrawing from the program after league start-up, except in the event of an injury (see below).

Injury withdrawals received will be treated on a case by case basis and must be submitted in writing to registrar@beaumontraiders.com.  After Evaluations have concluded, a lack of interest or change of sport will not be grounds for a refund.
